Stress Relief Yoga Kundalini & Yin
with Lila Cristine
Kundalini and Yin Yoga with Lila Cristine
Nordic Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic and meditative practice that weaves together breathwork, movement, meditation and mantra in a conscious flow. Rooted in the Kundalini tradition, it has grown into a more nurturing form that gives equal space to both strength and restoration.
Between energising sequences, there is time for stillness, deep rest and integration. The senses are gently awakened with aromatherapy, sound and healing energies. Each breath, movement and meditation opens the way to greater awareness, acceptance and connection.
This practice is open to everyone, whatever your age, background or level of experience. You do not need to be flexible or strong, only willing to explore at your own pace. Nordic Kundalini offers a path to vitality, dignity and heart-centred courage, inviting you to meet yourself fully in body, soul and spirit.

Your Teachers & Therapists
Lila Cristine
Yoga TeacherBased in Copenhagen, Lila teaches Kundalini Yoga, Stress Relief Yoga and Yin Yoga. She is also a therapist who works with relaxation, sound and simple mindfulness practices for healing. She leads urban days in the city, weekend escapes in Danish nature and longer trips to India and Brazil.
Her background is in holistic bodywork and healing. Lila trained in Kundalini Yoga in the US and Italy with Sada Sat Singh and Sada Sat Kaur, and has also studied with Carolyn Cowan, Snatam Kaur and Mirabai Ceiba. She has been KRI certified since 2013. Further study includes Non-Dual Therapy with Nukunu Larsen in Denmark, and stress, anxiety and depression teacher training with Carolyn Cowan in London. She is trained to teach Yin Yoga with inspiration from Sarah Powers, and in sound healing with Tibetan and crystal bowls. She is currently training as a Rudolf Steiner inspired anthropology psychotherapist.
Aromatherapy has been a lifelong interest. Lila has studied plants and their effects on mood and wellbeing, and often brings essential oils into class. She has practised Reiki since 1999, became a Reiki Master Teacher in 2001 and for almost two decades has taught others how to activate their own healing energy.
Lila’s classes focus on stress relief and joy. Mornings and afternoons weave soft Kundalini practices, mantra meditation, breathwork, Yin shapes and gentle sound. Aromatherapy is used with care to support relaxation and presence. The pace is kind, the guidance is clear and you are encouraged to move in a way that feels honest for your body and mind.
You can expect to release tension, lighten old patterns and feel more connected to gratitude and love. Some sessions will be dynamic, with conscious breathing to lift energy and strengthen inner steadiness. Others will slow right down so you can rest deeply.
What you will experience with Lila:
- Breath-led Kundalini sequences with mantra and mudra
- Yin shapes to soothe the nervous system
- Sound healing with Tibetan and crystal bowls
- Thoughtful use of aromatherapy
- Simple mindfulness and relaxation to close

He returned to India many more times to continue specialising in Ayurvedic massage and for additional yoga training.
His love of bodywork led him to later study different massage techniques across the world including Chuaka and Body Harmony in Santiago (Chile), Sports Massage in Atlanta (USA), Traditional Thai and Thai Oil Massage in Chiang Mai (Thailand).
With this extensive background, Boris has developed his own intuitive massage technique which unlocks one’s energies through a physical therapy acting on the skeletal structure, muscle and tissue. The result is to liberate fears and burdens that are held inside the physical body, allowing it to recover its natural flexibility and resulting in pain relief and relaxation.
