Return to Rhythm: Grounded Flow
with Keira Limania
Return to Rhythm with Keira Limania
Keira’s morning Vinyasa classes at Ulpotha take place as the day begins, working with the land's natural rhythm and the quieter energy of early morning.
Each class starts with grounding breathwork and slow, methodical warm ups to release the shoulders, hips and spine after sleep. The practice then builds into steady, flowing sequences which develop strength, mobility and warmth without force. Movement remains continuous and measured, with clear guidance through transitions.
You finish the session feeling awake and settled, with a sense of physical ease and mental clarity. Over the course of the stay, the practice supports a more sustainable relationship with movement and a stronger awareness of personal rhythm.
Afternoon sessions are slower and more restorative. Gentle movement leads into longer held, passive shapes, allowing the body time to soften and release. Attention stays with breath and sensation, supporting deeper layers of connective tissue and encouraging rest and nervous system settling.
