Florentina Lam Clark
Yoga TeacherLondon-based, Florentina has taught for more than ten years at TriYoga and studios across the city, as well as retreats in Egypt, Morocco, France and the UK. Her roots are in Hatha and Vinyasa Flow. She draws on yogic texts and long study with Jason Crandell, Doug Keller and Judith Hanson Lassater.
Classes are creative and exploratory, with a clear focus on alignment, breath, and the felt sense in the body. Expect steady guidance, space to listen and a practice that feels both nourishing and alive.
At Ulpotha, Florentina takes inspiration from the elements. Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether shape the rhythm of the day, along with sound, space and simple Ayurvedic ideas. You will also explore the koshas and the chakras in a practical way that helps you notice how everything connects.
Morning sessions build strength, stamina and flexibility with optional challenges for those who want them. You are encouraged to move at your pace and work with curiosity. The aim is simple. Leave feeling balanced, uplifted, relaxed and calm.
What you will experience with Flo:
- Breath led sequences with thoughtful alignment
- Options for all levels and bodies
- Elements, Ayurveda, koshas and chakras made practical
- Time to notice, feel and rest

Elke was born in Germany and has been living in Ibiza since 2012, where she offers Massage Therapy, Clarity Breathwork Sessions, and Detox Programs all year around. She has had 15 years of experience in Bodywork and Holistic Healing.
Her journey began in Germany by practicing Yoga, which led her to travel to India, where she spent several years studying Iyengar Yoga and Ayurveda. During this time, she learned many different massage techniques including Meridian and Marma point massage, deep tissue, and foot reflexology. On this path, she also trained in breathwork and Shamanic healing, which is weaved into her sessions.
She continues to study new therapies, Nutrition, and different ways of detoxifying the system as today stress and emotions can manifest as pain and discomfort in our body.
Elke’s massages are a unique combination of different styles to bring back flexibility and harmony to body, mind, and spirit. She works very individually, as every person has different needs.
Through massaging the whole body with gentle, deep strokes, she helps you tap into what’s underneath the surface, feel your emotions, and experience a release, which brings a deep relaxation at the end of the session, where you feel energized and rejuvenated.
