Inner transformation does not look the same for everyone. But when it happens, its impact ripples through every part of your life.

This retreat is an invitation to pause, soften, and turn inward.. to listen deeply to what is ready to be seen, felt, released, and reborn.

Set within the lush jungle sanctuary of Ulpotha, this women’s healing retreat offers a sacred container to reconnect with your authentic essence. In a supportive circle of women, we gather to gently unravel old beliefs, fears, and inner narratives that no longer serve us. And together we rewrite our inner story from a place of embodied power, presence, and wholeness.

Together, we return home to ourselves.

And while this is deep inner work, it is also infused with pleasure, rest, and magic — swimming in the lake, nourishing food, starlit ceremonies, laughter, connection, and a few surprises along the way.

This is not an escape from life — it is a return to yourself.

Spaces are limited, bookings now open. Come as you are. Leave more deeply connected to your body, your breath, and your becoming.

Retreat Highlights

Mastering Our Inner Game through Self-Awareness

Cultivating Self-Awareness is an important aspect of our work. Each decision we make, whether as an employer, a parent, or a friend, shapes our existence. Through self-awareness we become more aware of how we show up in the world, enabling us to reclaim our power and ignite our lives from within. Through self awareness practices you will build inner strength by understanding your emotional landscape. Learn to navigate intense emotions like anger, shame and fear, with compassion and resilience.

Transformative Inner Child Work

Engage in deep, introspective practices to uncover the roots of emotional triggers and unconscious patterns. By meeting and healing the inner child, you release self-limiting beliefs and create space for lasting change, authenticity, and joy.

Somatic Movement & Osho Active Meditations

We begin the day with Movement, Meditation and Breath. These Active Meditations have been scientifically designed by Osho, over a long period of experimentation. They enable us to consciously express, experience, and release repressed feelings and emotions and to bring the body back to a relaxed harmony – and then the journey inwards can begin.

Sharing Circles & Conscious Relating

Sharing circles are like cocoons for the soul. They provide a safe and nurturing space for you to shed old patterns and emerge transformed. Just as a caterpillar undergoes a profound metamorphosis within its cocoon, sharing circles offer a container for deep inner exploration and personal growth.

Retreat Highlights

Mastering Our Inner Game through Self-Awareness

Self-awareness is at the heart of transformation. Through guided practices, you’ll explore how your inner world shapes how you show up — in relationships, leadership, parenting, and life. Learn to meet emotions such as anger, shame, and fear with compassion, curiosity, and understanding.

Transformative Inner Child Work

Uncover the roots of emotional triggers and unconscious patterns. By meeting and healing the inner child, you release self-limiting beliefs and create space for lasting change, authenticity, and joy.

Somatic Movement & Osho Active Meditations

Each day begins with movement, breath, and meditation inspired by the work of Osho. These practices support the safe expression and release of stored emotions, bringing the body into harmony so deeper inner stillness can emerge.

Sharing Circles & Conscious Relating

Sharing circles act as cocoons for the soul — safe, intimate spaces for truth, vulnerability, and connection. Here, transformation unfolds not in isolation, but in collective witnessing and support.

Fire Ceremony

Fire rituals blend ancient spiritual symbolism with contemporary psychological insights, offering you a symbolic way to to acknowledge and then let go of what no longer serves you. They embody the idea of transformation, renewal and release and is therefore a key part of our retreats
