Awake Nature with Molly McLaughlin
8-22 November 2026
In this retreat, you are invited into a lived experience of yoga as the embodied doorway, meditation as the inward journey of self-discovery, and Tantra as the holistic framework that unites movement, meditation, and life itself. We approach Tantra in its ancient, authentic, non-sensational sense - as a yogic path that honours the body as sacred, awareness as ever-present, and life experience as the field of awakening. Within this view, the principles of nature remind us that enlightenment is not separate from our human experience. Rather than something to attain, awakening is explored as something already here - revealed through joyful practice, immersion in the living intelligence of the natural world, and remembrance of our true nature.
Morning sessions are an energising blend of alignment-based Hatha yoga and therapeutic Vinyasa flow to cultivate stability, suppleness, and longevity. Integrated with meditation and prāṇāyāma, these morning practices are designed not only to support the physical body, but also to clear and balance the mind, ignite the inner flame, and expand vital life-force energy. Evening sessions are a peaceful rotation of mantra meditation, visualisation, subtle body awareness, chakra balancing, restorative yoga, and yoga nidrā. These rejuvenating practices create space for stillness, integration, and healing, inviting us to reconnect with our natural state of balance and bliss. All sessions begin with a short introduction to the ancient philosophy or mythological story relevant to the practices, offering context and inspiration for embodied awakening.
